Introducing Our

Masters Panel

We are delighted to welcome Stella Zhou, Master of Hiba Academy Shanghai; Cynthia Xin, Head of School at Tsinghua International School Daoxiang Lake; and Maxine Lu, General Principal of Xiehe Education for the Masters Panel. Together, they will explore this year’s theme: ‘Empowering the Future: Fostering Connection in a Polarised World.’

Drawing on their frontline leadership and day-to-day school experience, the panellists will examine sector trends, school governance and pupil development, offering grounded, future-facing insight for educators across China.

This year’s Festival will feature speakers from every facet of the education sector. Representatives from the Wellington College Education group will join teachers, practitioners and school leaders working at every level and phase, from Early Years to higher education. Additionally, guests from the UK, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and beyond will bring international perspectives that enrich the discussion and extend EdFest’s global reach.
