American football is the most popular sport in the US. With origins from rugby, American football evolved into something entirely unique. The most interesting thing about this sport is that for young players, any body type can find a position that can fit their height, weight and skills. For example, if you play football but can’t kick the ball it’s quite hard to keep up. We could say the same for basketball and dribbling. In American football different body types/skills will lead to a specific position on the field. Also, strategy on offense and defense forces the players to think carefully and read the game for every play. It’s not just about contact, this sport is like playing chess on a field.
