Good News Leads the Way
More Surprises Await in 2026
As of now, Wellington College Education (China) - Hangzhou has received 83 offers from leading universities around the world. Of these, more than 70% are from institutions ranked within the top 50 in the QS World University Rankings, and over half of the pupils have secured offers from universities ranked in the global top 20. Notably, the campus has, for the first time, celebrated an offer from Imperial College London.
This year, the youngest member of our Group – Hiba Academy Nantong – is poised to mark a historic milestone as it celebrates the departure of its very first graduating cohort. To date, they have secured offers from world-renowned universities including the University of Melbourne, the University of Sydney, the University of Edinburgh, the University of Manchester and the University of Warwick. Remarkably, one pupil has been awarded a place at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology along with a full scholarship, while another has completed an interview with University of Cambridge.
Diverse Pathways
Sciences, Humanities and
Creative Arts
Our pupils’ chosen subjects show that there is no single path to excellence. Their majors are as impressive and exciting as their university destinations. Many will be pursuing fields like biomedical sciences, neuroscience, mechanical engineering, mathematics, law and veterinary science. Creative pursuits are equally well represented, too, with offers to study product design, film production and media communications.
Of course, none of this would be possible without our dedicated teachers, university and career guidance teams and families. Their commitment and support make these achievements happen.
Congratulations to our Class of 2026. We can’t wait to share even more offers in the months ahead.
